WORCESTER

George J. Perreault, III, 74, passed away, Monday, July 23, 2012.

He leaves a son George J. Perreault and his longtime companion, Donna Majowicz of Grafton; a brother, Leo Perreault of Sutton; three grandchildren, Tammy M., Lorie G., and George J. Perreault; seven great grandchildren, Courtney, Cory, Chase, Jarett, Casey, George and Summer; and nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by a daughter Tammy Perreault.

He was born in Worcester, son of George J. and Fernande (Merchant) Perreault. George was a roofer and plasterer in the Worcester area for many years before retiring. He was an avid racecar fan and in earlier years drove a car at the Westboro Speedway.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 26 at 11:00 AM at CALLAHAN & FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle Street. Burial will follow at Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Visiting hours will also be held on Thursday from 9:30 AM until the time of the service.
